Favorite Lines From Book:

The most powerful outcomes are delayed.

For a long time, this book was popping it's title whenever I was using Amazon website. One day I ordered the book and within a few weeks of it's arrival I started reading. And I must say that it is an intriguing read given it's a Self-Help book. Every page I read made me to continue reading and I found myself completing the chapters even thought I did not want to. I am conveying this to give you a hint of how the narration is presented in this book. The author has provided definite and distinctive case studies that would be sensational revelations to many readers. The author stresses the need to observe the minute and subtle changes that we are bringing about on our diurnal activities and on how to act upon them, manipulate and manoeuvre them to our advantages.

It's one thing to say I'm the type of person who wants this. It's something very different to say I'm the type of person who is this.

Firstly, the author begins with the basics. He has broken down the the process of habit. Habit is not just a word, it is a process and the author ensures that the readers fully comprehend the true meaning of a habit before delineating anything further. Then he explains how an individual can enhance each and every stage in the process to make the habit everlasting and encouraging. It would not be wrong if this book is called as the Bible of Habits.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

Furthermore, the author has given instructional guide on how to develop good habits in a methodological manner and use the same technique to remove bad habits from your life. Certain techniques were edifying and enlightening. I remember clearly, I started following a technique as soon as I read from this book. Every chapter in the book is embedded with prolific real-life examples that would surely leave any reader admiring for a change in their life.

Be the designer of your world and not merely the consumer of it.

Atomic Habits is not just a book but also an inspirational guide for all those souls who's looking for a way to change their lives upside down. This is one book that is going to be on my eyesight always so that it would ensue in me reading it again and again.

A genius is not born, but is educated and trained.

Verdict: Atomic Habits is the Dictionary for Habits!
