Druk, popularized by it's English name Another Round, is a Danish movie. The film is a comedy drama that stands out for it's experimental events progressing through the story. What makes this film unique lies in its aesthetic treatment.

Firstly, the performances from the actors are outstanding and highly commendable. Especially, the internationally well renowned star Mads Mikkelsen has played out the role giving his heart to the maudlin character named as Martin. And other lead actors has presented their respective character with much exuberance, adding an enigmatic and enchanting dimension. It is these performances along with an amusing story line elevates the movie to a high level.
Hemingway, for instance, he drank every day until 8 p.m., and then stopped so that he was fit to write the next day. And his work was masterful.
Now, coming to the captivating story line. The story is concept oriented but directed towards the emotions and graphs of certain characters in the world created by it. Usually, when there is a high concept, characters would often be less developed. But in this movie, we can observe that the filmmakers have struck a fine balance between the concept and the character development. We are given enough exposure to get connected to the lead characters and then through the inciting incident the story thrusts off in its own leisure tone depicting the beautiful transformations of each and every character.

Druk is hilarious, poignant and dramatic. It's a movie which can be enjoyed watching alone and also with your buddies. But I am sure you would end up watching more than once. It's simply fantastic!
